Repeal And Savings Bihar Clinical Establishment (Control And Regulation) (Repeal) Act, 2011 17 of 2011 [15 September 2011] An Act Preamble:-Whereas, it is expedient to repeal the Bihar Clinical Establishment (Control and Regulation) Act, 2007 to enable to adopt Clinical Establishment(Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010 notified by the Govt. of India. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Bihar, in the sixty two year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short Title, Extent And Commencement :- (1) This Act may be called the Bihar Clinical Establishment (Control and Regulation)(Repeal) Act, 2011. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar. (3) It shall come into force at once. 2. Repeal And Savings :- (1) The Bihar Clinical Establishment (Control and Regulation) Act, 2007 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, any action, proceeding or anything initiated in exercise of the power conferred by or under the Act repealed under sub-section (1) shall continue till the determination of the action, proceeding or anything done as if the Act in question has not been repealed.
