Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Bihar in the Forty- seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows :- 1. Short Title And Commencement :- (1) The Act may be called the Bihar College Service Commission (Amendment) Act, 1996. (2) It shall come into force at once. 2. Amendment Of Section 2 Of Bihar Act 26 Of 1976 :- In the College Service Commission Act, 1976 (Bihar Act 26 of 1976) hrereinafter referred to as the said Act.- Sub-section (11) of Section 2 shall be deleted. 3. Repeal And Savings :- (1) The Bihar College Service Commission (Amendment) Second Ordinance, 1996 (Bihar Ordinance No. 3, 1996) is hereby repealed. (2) Nothing in this Ordinance or the amendment effected thereby shall affect or be deemed to affect anything done or any action taken under the provision of the said Act, prior to the commencement of the Act.
