Amendment Of Section 10 Of The Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 Bihar Land Disputes Resolution (Amendment) Act, 2010 16 of 2010 [28 April 2010] An Act to amend the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Bihar in the sixty one year of the Republic of India as follows:- - 1. Published in Bihar Gazette (Ex. ord.) No. 296, dated 28 April, 2010. 1. Short Title, Extent And Commencement :- (1) This Act may be called The Bihar Land Disputes Resolution (Amendment) Act, 2010. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar. (3) It shall come into force at once. 2. Amendment Of Section 10 Of The Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 :- The following sub-section shall be inserted after Section (2):- "(3)- After the abatement of the case under sub-section (2), the case filed under this Act shall be adjudicated and disposed off in accordance with the provisions of this Act."
