Section 2 Bihar Service (Amendment) Code, 2011 In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar hereby makes the following amendment in Bihar Service Code, 1952:- 1. Short Title And Commencement :- (1) This may be called Bihar Service (amendment) Code 2011. (2) It shall come into force with immediate effect. 2. Section 2 :- The following fifth proviso shall be added after the existing proviso to sub rule (1) of Rule 73 of Bihar service code- "Provided further also that the date of old age retirement of the post Graduate Degree holder Doctors of Indira Gandhi Institute of Cordiology, Patna shall be in the after-noon of the last day of the month in which he attains the age of 65 years, but if his date of birth is the first day of a month, then they will retire in the afternoon of the last day of immediate previous month of it."
