Short Title And Commencement :- (1) This Act may be called the Bombay Motor Vehicles (Taxation of Passengers) (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 1965. (2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint. 2. Amendment Of Section 5 Of Bom. Lxvii Of 1958 :- In the Bombay Motor Vehicles (Taxation of Passengers) Act, 1958 (Bom. lxvii of 1958), in section 5, after the words "Government treasury" the words "or in such other manner as may be prescribed" shall be inserted.
