Transfer and application of Calcutta and Suburban Police Superannuation Fund CALCUTTA AND SUBURBAN POLICE (SUPERANNUATION FUND) ACT, 1905 6 of 1905 [27th December, 1905] An Act to abolish the Calcutta and Suburban Police Superannuation Fund. WHEREAS it is expedient to abolish the Calcutta and Suburban Police Superannuation Fund; It is hereby enacted as follows: 1. Shortitle :- This Act may be called the Calcutta and Suburban Police (Superannuation Fund) Act, 1905. 2. Repeal of enactments :- Rep. by Ben. Act 1 of 1939. 3. Transfer and application of Calcutta and Suburban Police Superannuation Fund :- All sums standing to the credit of the Calcutta and Suburban Police Superannuation Fund shall vest in [the State Government], to be applied, under rules made by the [State Government] in this behalf, towards the grant of pensions or gratuities to members of the Police force of the town or suburbs of Calcutta.
