Repeal of C.P. and Bear XXXV of 1939 CENTRAL PROVINCES AND BERAR GRANTS IN AID TO LOCAL BODIES (REPEAL) ACT, 1966 13 of 1966 [26th May, 1966] An Act to repeal the Central Provinces and Berar Grants in aid to Local Bodies Act, 1939 WHEREAS it is expedient to repeal the Central Provinces and Berar Grants-in-aid to Local Bodies Act, 1939 It is hereby enacted in the Seventeenth Year of the Republic of India as follows 1. Short title C.P.and Berar XXXV of 1939 :- This Act may be called the Central Provinces and Berar Grants-in- aid to Local Bodies (Repeal) Act, 1966. 2. Repeal of C.P. and Bear XXXV of 1939 :- The Central Provinces and Berar Grants-in-aid to Local Bodies Act, 1939, is hereby repealed.
