Removal Of Difficulties Central Provinces And Berar State Ald To Industries And Hyderabad State Ald To Small-Scale And Cottage Industries Partial Repeal Act, 1959 68 of 1959 [24 December 1959] An Act to repeal the Central Provinces and Berar State Aid to Industries Act, 1933 and the Hyderabad State Aid to (Small-Scale and Cottage) Industries Act, 1956 in so far as the said Acts relate to State aid given in the form of loans. WHEREAS it is expedient to repeal the Central Provinces and Berar State Aid to Industries Act, 1933 in its application to the Vidarbha region of the State of Bombay and the Hyderabad State Aid to (Small-Scale and Cottage) Industries Act, 1956 in so far as the said Acts relate to State aid given in the form of loans; It is hereby enacted in the Tenth Year of the Republic of India, as follows :- 1. For Statement of Objects and Reasons, see Bombay Government Gazette, 1959, Part V. p. 787. 1. Short Title :- This Act may be called the Central Provinces and Berar State Aid to Industries and the Hyderabad State Aid to (Small-Scale and Cottage) Industries (Partial Repeal) Act, 1959. 2. Partial Repeal Of C. P. And Berar Act Xii Of 1933 And Hyd. Vii Of 1956 :- The Central Provinces and Berar State Aid to Industries Act, 1933 and the Hyderabad State Aid to (Small-Scale and Cottage) Industries Act, 1956 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Acts") in so far as the said Acts relate to the State aid given in the form of loans are hereby repealed. 3. Savings :- Notwithstanding such repeal of the said Acts, the said Acts and rules and orders made thereunder shall continue to have effect in respect of State aid given in the form of loans under the said Acts before the commencement of this Act. 4. Removal Of Difficulties :- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by order published in the Official Gazette, make such provision as appears to it to be necessary for removing the difficulty.
