Central Vigilance Commission (Removal of Difficulties) Order, 2004 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 23 of the Central Vigilance Commission Act, 2003 (45 of 2003), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order, namely 1. . :- (1) This Order may be called the Central Vigilance Commission (Removal of Difficulties) Order, 2004 (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. . :- In S.11 of the Central Sales Tax (Amendment) Act, 1972 for the words, brackets and letters "inquiry referred to in clauses (b) and (c) of sub-section (1) of Section 8 ", the words brackets and letters "inquiry referred to in clauses (c) and (d) of sub-section (1) of Section 8 " shall be substituted.
