Short Title And Commencement :- (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Krishi Upaj Mandi (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2010. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 24th day of March, 2009. 2. Amendment Of Section 57-A :- In sub-section (1) of Section 57-A of the Chhattisgarh Krishi Upaj Mandi Adhiniyam, 1972 (No. 24 of 1973), for the words "three years and six months", the words "five years" shall be substituted.
