Insertion after sub-section (b) of Section 8 Chhattisgarh Madhyamik Shiksha (Amendment) Adhiniyam, 2002 34 of 2002 An Act to amend the Chhattisgarh Madhyamik Shiksha Adhiniyam, 1965 (No. 23 of 1965). Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Fifty-third year of the Republic of India :-- 1. Short title and Commencement :- (1) This ordinance may be called Chhattisgarh Madhyamik Shiksha (Amendment) Adhiniyam, 2002 (No. 34 of 2002). (2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official Gazette of Chhattisgarh. 2. Insertion after sub-section (b) of Section 8 :- After sub-section (b) of Section 8 of the Chhattisgarh Madhyamik Shiksha Adhiniyam, 1965 (No. 23 of 1965) the following sub- section shall be inserted, namely :-- "(bb) To conduct such entrance examinations for professional courses which may be entrusted by the State Government."
