Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Sixty-Fourth Year of the Republic of India, as follows:-- * Published In The Chhattisgarh Rajpatra (Asadharan) Dated the 22-5-2013 Pages 412(1) 1. Short title and commencement :- (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Non-Government Colleges and Institutions in Higher Education (Establishment and Regulation) (Amendment) Act, 2013. (2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Amendment of Section 7 :- In Section 7 of the Chhattisgarh Non-Government Colleges and Institutions in Higher Education (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2006 (No. 25 of 2006), (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act) for the figure and words "31st October of the year", the figure and words "31st July of the year" shall be substituted. 3. Amendment of Section 12 :- In sub-section (2) of Section 12 of the Principal Act, for the figure and words "31st May of the concerned year", the figure and words "31st January of the concerned year" shall be substituted.
