Short Title, Extent And Commencement :- (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operation) (Amendment) Act, 2008. (2) It extends to the whole State of Chhattisgarh. (3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2.
