Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Fifty-seventh Year of the Republic of India, as follows:-- * Published in the Chhattisgarh Rajpatra (Asadharan) dated 2-9-2006 Page 448(1). 1. Short Title, Extent And Commencement :- This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University (Amendment) Act, 2006. (2) It extends to the whole State of Chhattisgarh. (3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Definition :- In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,-- "Principal Act" means Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University Act, 2004 (No. 25 of 2004). 3. Amendment Of Section 15 :- In Section 15 of the Principal Act, for the word "two" the word "five" shall be substituted.
