Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Sixty-first Year of the Republic of India, as follows:-- * Published in the Chhattisgarh Rajpatra (Asadharan) dated 20-8-2010 Page 458(1). 1. Short Title, Extent And Commencement :- (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Upkar (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2010. (2) It extends to the whole State of Chhattisgarh. (3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Amendment Of Sub-Section (1) Of Section 3 :- I n sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Chhattisgarh Upkar Adhiniyam, 1981 (No. 1 of 1982) for the words "Five Paisa" the words "Ten Paise" shall be substituted.
