BE it enacted by Parliament in the Thirty-eight Year of the Republic of India as follows: - 1. Short Title :- This Act may be called the Coconut Development Board (Amendment) Act, 1987. 2. Amendment Of Act 5 Of 1979 :- In section 4 of the Coconut Development Board Act, 1979, in sub- section (4), in clause (b), for the words "the Agriculture Commissioner", the words "the Horticulture Commissioner" shall be substituted.
