BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short Title :- This Act may be called the Commissions for Protection of Child Rights (Amendment) Act, 2006. 2. Amendment Of Section 4 Of Act 4 Of 2006 :- In the Commissions for Protection of Child Rights Act, 2005, in the proviso to section 4, for the words "Minister in-charge of the Ministry of Human Resource Development", the words "Minister in- charge of the Ministry or the Department of Women and Child Development" shall be substituted.
