Short title :- This Act may be called the Indian Companies (Foreign Interests) and the Companies (Temporary Restrictions on Dividends) Repeal Act, 2000. 2. Repeal of Acts 20 of 1918 and 35 of 1974 :- The Indian Companies (Foreign Interests) Act, 1918 and the Companies (Temporary Restrictions on Dividends) Act, 1974 are hereby repealed.
