Short title :- This Act may be called the Cotton Transport Repeal Act, 1995. 2. Repeal of Act 3 of 1923 :- The Cotton Transport Act, 1923 is hereby repealed. NOTES Repeal - Effect of- Unless a different intention appears in the repealing Act, any legal proceeding can be instituted and continued in respect of any matter pending under the repealed Act as if that Act was in force at the time of repeal.
