Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Bihar in the sixty one year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Published in bihar Gazette (Ex.ord) No. 269, dated 16 April, 2010. 1. Short Title, Extent And Commencement :- (1)This Act may be called the Court-Fees (Bihar Amendment) Act, 2010. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar. (3) It shall come into force at once. 2. Amendment In Schedule-I And Ii Of The Court-Fees Act, 1870 :- Any fee payable under Schedule-I and Schedule-II of the Court- Fees Act, 1870 calculated in paise shall be rounded off in rupee.
