Amendment Of Schedule I To The Central Act 7 Of 1870 Court Fees (Haryana Amendment) Act, 2009 16 of 2009 An Act further to amend the Court Fees Act, 1870, in its application to the State of Haryana. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Haryana in the Sixtieth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short Title :- This Act may be called the Court Fees (Haryana Amendment) Act, 2009. 2.
