Be it enacted by Parliament in the Seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows: 1. Short title :- Section This Act may be called the Delhi (Control of Building Operations) Continuance Act, 1956. 2. Amendment of section I :- Section In sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Delhi (Control of Building Operations) Act, 1955 (53 OF 1955), for the figures, letters and words '1st day of January, 1957', the figures, letters and words '1st day of January, 1958' shall be substituted.
