Publication of notice under section 11 DELHI DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (PUBLICATION OF APPROVAL OF PLAN) REGULATIONS, 1962 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (1) of Section 57, read with section 11 of the Delhi Development Authority with the previous approval of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations, namely 1. Short title :- These regulations may be called the Delhi Development Authority (Publication of Approval of Plan) Regulations. 1962. 2. Publication of notice under section 11 :- (1) The notice under section of the Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957) shall be published in the Gazette of India. (2) The notice shall also be published by affixing copies thereof in the offices of the Delhi Development Authority, Municipal Corporation of Delhi, New Delhi Municipal Committee and the Delhi Administration Secretariat. It shall also be published by advertisement in at least two local newspapers. (3) This notice may be in the form appended to this regulation, with such motidi- cation, if any, as may be necessary.
