In the Durgah Kahwaja Saheb Bye-Laws, 1958, in bye-law 30, for clause (a), the following shall be subsituted, namely Durgah Khwaja Saheb (Amendment) Bye-Laws, 2009 [13 July 2009] G.S.R.515(E).--The following amendments to the Durgah Khwaja Saheb Bye-Laws, 1958, made by the Durgah Committee, Ajmer, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 20 of Durgah Khwaja Saheb Act, 1955 (36 of 1955), are hereby published for general information, the same having been approved and confirmed by the Central Government as required by sub-section (3) of the said section, namely:-- 1. xxx :- (1) These bye-laws may be called the Durgah Khwaja Saheb (Amendment) Bye-Laws, 2009. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Durgah Kahwaja Saheb Bye-Laws, 1958, in bye- law 30, for clause (a), the following shall be subsituted, namely :- "(a) Members of the Committee, the Advisory Committee and any sub-Committee residing at places outside Ajmer, travelling for attending any meeting in connection with the Durgah shall be entitled to get lowest available economy-class air-fare or actual travelling expenditure whichever is less from the place of their residence and back, on production of ticket along with boarding passes, wherever necessary. They shall also be entitled to get fifty rupees as halting allowance for each day spent on the work of Durgah including days spent on travelling".
