Validation Of Certain Provisions Of Central Act, 64 Of 1951 Evacuee Interest (Separation) Andhra Pradesh Supplementary Act, 1953 7 of 1953 [06 May 1953] An Act to supplement certain provisions of the Evacuee Interest (Separation) Act, 1951. Whereas it is expedient to supplement certain provisions of the Evacuee Interest (Separation) Act, 1951 (Central Act 64 of 1951), for the purpose hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted as follows.-- 1. This Act was extended to the transferred territories (Telangana area) by Section 3 of the Evacuee Interest (Separations) Andhra Pradesh Supplementary) Extension and Amendment) Act, 1959 (Andhra Pradesh Act XVIII of 1959). 1. Short Title, Extent And Commencement :- (1) This Act may be called 1[the Evacuee Interest (Separation) Andhra Pradesh Supplementary Act, 1953] (2) It extends to the whole of 2[the State of Andhra Pradesh]. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 15th day of December, 1952. 1. Substituted for the original short title by the First Schedule to the Andhra Pradesh Laws (Amendment of Short titles) 1961 (Andhra Pradesh Act IX of 1961). 2. Substituted for the words "State of Andhra" by Section 4 of the Evacuee Interest (Separation) Andhra Pradesh Supplementary (Extension and Amendment) Act. 1959. (Andhra Pradesh Act XVIII of 1959). 2. Validation Of Certain Provisions Of Central Act, 64 Of 1951 :- (1)The Evacuee Interest (Separation) Act, 1951 (Central Act 64 of 1951), shall, so far as it relates to any matter enumerated in List II in the Seventh Schedule to the Constitution, stand validated and binding as if it had been passed by the Legislature of 1[the State of Andhra Pradesh], 1.
