Appropriation SCHEDULE 1 :- SCHEDULE I Goa Appropriation (No. 3) Act, 2007 9 of 2007 [31 July 2007] AN ACT to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Goa for the services and purposes of the financial year 2007-2008. Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Goa in the Fifty-eighth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-- 1. Short Title :- This Act may be called the Goa Appropriation (No. 3) Act, 2007. 2. Issue Of Rs. 4409,96,91,000 Out Of The Consolidated Fund Of The State Of Goa For The Financial Year 2007-2008 :- From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Goa, there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column (5) of the Schedule to this Act amounting in the aggregate t o the sums of four thausand four hundred nine crore ninty six lakhs and ninty one thausand rupees towards defraying the several charges which will arise for payment during the financial year 2007- 2008 in respect of the services and purposes specified in column (2) of the said Schedule. 3. Appropriation :- The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Goa under this Act, shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule to this Act in relation to the said financial year.
