Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Goa in the Sixty-sixth Year of the Republic of India, as follows:- 1. Short title and commencement :- (1) This Act may be called the Goa State Commission for Backward Classes (Amendment) Act, 2015. (2) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint. 2. Amendment of section 3 :- In section 3 of the Goa State Commission for Backward Classes Act, 1993 (Goa Act No. 13 of 1993), in sub-section (2), in clause (c), for the words "two persons", the words "three persons" shall be substituted.
