Amendment of section 3 Goa State Guarantees (Fifth Amendment) Act, 2015 [12 September 2015] Goa Act 15 of 2015 AN ACT further to amend the Goa State Guarantees Act, 1993 (Goa Act 16 of 1993). Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Goa in the Sixty-sixth Year of the Republic of India, as follows: 1. Short title and commencement :- (1) This Act may be called the Goa State Guarantees (Fifth Amendment) Act, 2015. (2) It shall come into force at once. 2. Amendment of section 3 :- In section 3 of the Goa State Guarantees Act, 1993 (Goa Act 16 of 1993), in sub-section (1), for the expression "Rs. 800.00 Crores", the expression "Rs. 1500.00 Crores" shall be substituted.
