Gujarat Agricultural Universities (Second Amendment) Act, 2014 26 OF 2014 [29 November 2014] AN ACT further to amend the Gujarat Agricultural Universities Act, 2004. It is hereby enacted in the Sixty-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short title. :- This Act may be called the Gujarat Agricultural Universities (Second Amendment) Act, 2014. 2. Amendment of section 10 of Guj. 5 of 2004. :- In the Gujarat Agricultural Universities Act, 2004, in section 10, in sub-section (1), in clause (b), for the words "sixty-five years", the words "seventy years" shall be substituted.
