Appropriation SCHEDULE 1 :- THE SCHEDULE Gujarat Appropriation Act, 1992 5 of 1992 [31st March, 1992] An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Gujarat for the services of the financial year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1993. It is hereby enacted in the Forty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows : 1. Short title :- This Act may be called the Gujarat Appropriation Act, 1992. 2. Withdrawal of Rs. 79,49,70,20,000 from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Gujarat for the financial year 1992-93 :- From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Gujarat, there may be withdrawn sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of seven thousand nine hundred forty nine crores, seventy lakhs, twenty-two thousand rupees towards defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the financial year 1992-93, in respect of the services and purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule. 3. Appropriation :- The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Gujarat by this Act shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the SCHEDULE SCHEDULE 1 THE SCHEDULE
