Appropriating SCHEDULE 1 :- SCHEDULE I Gujarat Appropriation (Excess Expenditure) Act, 1969 14 of 1969 [17 September 1969] An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Gujarat to the service of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1966. It is hereby enacted in the Twentieth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short Title :- This Act may be called the Gujarat Appropriation (Excess Expenditure) Act, 1969. 2. Issue Of Rs. 8,88,13,075 Out Of The Consolidated Fund Of The State For The Year L965-66 :- From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the Stale of Gujarat, there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 4 of the Schedule hereto annexed amounting in the aggregate to the sum of eight crores, eighty eight lakhs, thirteen thousand and seventy five rupees towards defraying the several charges which have come in course of payment during the year ending on the thirty first day of March, 1966 in respect of the services and purposes specified in column 2 of the said Schedule. 3. Appropriating :- The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Gujarat by this Act shall be deemed lo have been appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1966.
