(5) of Sec. 42 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003) and all powers enabling it in that behalf, Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby makes the following Regulations providing for guidelines to the licensees in the State of Gujarat for setting up a Forum for redressal of grievances of consumers.
