Xxxvi Of 1963 Gujarat Homoeopathic (Amendment) Act, 1965 22 of 1965 [15 October 1965] An Act further to amend the Gujarat Homoeopathic Act, 1963 for certain purposes. It is hereby enacted in the Sixteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short Title :- This Act may be called the Gujarat Homoeopathic (Amendment) Act, 1965. 2. Amendment Of Section 17 Of Guj. Xxxvi Of 1963 :- I n the Gujarat Homoeopathic Act, 1963 (Guj. XXXVI of 1963) (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Act"), in section 17, in sub-section (5), for the words "within a period of one year from the appointed day" the words, figures and letters "at any time before the end of the 31st October 1966" shall be substituted. 3. Amendment Of Section 18 Of Guj. Xxxvi Of 1963 :- In section 18 of the principal Act, in sub-section (3), for the words "within a period of one year from the appointed day" the words, figures and letters "at any time before the end of the 31st October 1966" shall be substituted.
