It is hereby enacted in the Seventeenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short Title :- This Act may be called the Gujarat Land Acquisition (Industrial Areas) (Repeal) Act, 1966. 2. Repeal Of Guj. Xlvi Of 1961 :- The Gujarat Land Acquisition (Industrial Areas) Act, 1961(Guj. XLVI of 1961) is hereby repealed.
