Gujarat Motor Vehicles (Taxation Of Passengers) (Amendment) Act, 2014 16 OF 2014 [28 July 2014] AN ACT further to amend the Gujarat Motor Vehicles (Taxation of Passengers) Act, 1958. It is hereby enacted in the Sixty-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows :- 1. Short title. :- This Act may be called the Gujarat Motor Vehicles (Taxation of Passengers) (Amendment) Act, 2014. 2. Amendment of section 3 of Bom. LXVII of 1958. :- In the Gujarat Motor Vehicles (Taxation of Passengers) Act, 1958, in section 3, in sub-section (1), for the words "seventeen and one- half per cent.", the words "seven and one-half per cent." shall be substituted.
