It is hereby enacted in the Twenty-first Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short Title :- This Act may be called the Gujarat Municipalities (Amendment) Act, 1970. 2. Amendment Of Section 6 Of Guj. 34 Of 1964 :- I n section 6 of the Gujarat Municipalities Act, 1963 (Guj. 34 of 1964), in sub-section (4), for the words "twenty years" the words "thirty years" shall be, and shall be deemed always to have been, substituted.
