It is hereby enacted in the Sixty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short title :- This Act may be called the Gujarat Public Works Contracts Disputes Arbitration Tribunal (Amendment) Act, 2015. 2. Amendment of section 4 of Guj. 4 of 1992 :- In the Gujarat Public Works Contracts Disputes Arbitration of Tribunal Act, 1992, in section 4, in sub-section (1), - (i) in clause (a), for the words "sixty-five years", the words "sixty- seven years" shall be substituted; (ii) in clause (b), for the words "sixty-two years", the words "sixty- five years" shall be substituted.
