Appropriation SCHEDULE 1 :- SCHEDULE I Gujarat (Second Supplementary) Appropriation Act, 1965 21 of 1965 [01 October 1965] An Act to authorize payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Gujarat to the service of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March 1966. It is hereby enacted in the Sixteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short Title :- This Act may be called the Gujarat (Second Supplementary) Appropriation Act, 1965. 2. Issue Of Rs. 4,16,06,475 Out Of The Consolidated Fund Of The State Of Gujarat For The Year 1965-66 :- From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Gujarat, there shall be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 4 of the Schedule hereto annexed amounting in the aggregate to the sum of Rs. 4,16,06,475 towards defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the thirty-first day of March 1966 in respect of the services and purposes, specified in column 2 of the Schedule. 3. Appropriation :- The sums authorized to be paid and applied from and out of tie Consolidated Fund of the State of Gujarat by this Act shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the year ending on the 31st day of March 1966.
