Appropriation SCHEDULE 1 :- SCHEDULE I Gujarat (Second Supplementary) Appropriation Act, 1966 16 of 1966 [13 October 1966] An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Gujarat for the services of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March 1967. It is hereby enacted in the Seventeenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short Title :- This Act may be called the Gujarat (Second Supplementary) Appropriation Act, 1966. 2. Issue Of Rs. 16,19,75,554 Out Of The Consolidated Fund Of The State Of Gujarat For The Year 1966-87 :- From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Gujarat, there shall be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 4 of the Schedule hereto annexed amounting in the aggregate to the sum of Rs. 16,19,75,554 towards defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the financial year ending on the thirty- first day of March 1967 in respect of the services and purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule. 3. Appropriation :- The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund, of the State of Gujarat by this Act shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year.
