It is hereby enacted in the Seventeenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short Title :- This Act may be called the Gujarat State Guarantees (Amendment) Act, 1966. 2. Amendment Of Section 2 Of Guj. Xxii Of 1963 :- In sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Gujarat State Guarantees Act, 1963(Guj. XXII of 1963). for the letters and figures "Rs. 1,75,00,00,000" the letters and figures "Rs. 3,00,00,00,000" shall be substituted.
