XXII of 1963) 1963. It is hereby enacted in the Twentieth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short Title :- This Act may be called the Gujarat State Guarantees (Amendment) Act, 1969. 2. Amendment Of Section 2 Of Guj. Xxii Of 1963 :- In sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Gujarat State Guarantees Act, 1963, for the letters and figures "Rs. 3,00,00,00,000", the letters and figures "Rs. 5,00,00,00,000" shall be substituted.
