Appropriation Gujarat (Supplementary) Appropriation Act, 2015 4 OF 2015 [12 March 2015] AN ACT to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Gujarat for the services of the financial year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 2015. It is hereby enacted in the Sixty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short title :- This Act may be called the Gujarat (Supplementary) Appropriation Act, 2015. 2. Issue of Rs. 58,18,48,77,000 from and our of the Consolidated Fund of the state of Gujarat for the financial year 2014-2015 :- From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Gujarat, there shall be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified i n column 3 of the Schedule hereto annexed amounting in the aggregate to the sum of five thousand eight hundred eighteen crores, forty-eight lakhs, seventy-seven thousand rupees towards defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the financial year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 2015, in respect of the services and purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule. 3. Appropriation :- The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Gujarat by this Act shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year.
