L Of 1949 Gujarat University (Amendment) Act, 1969 11 of 1970 [16 December 1970] An Act further to amend the Gujarat University Act, 1949. It is hereby enacted in the Twentieth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short Title :- This Act may be called the Gujarat University (Amendment) Act, 1969. 2. Amendment Of Section 4 Of Bom. L Of 1949 :- In section 4 of the Gujarat University Act, 1949(Bom. L of 1949), in clause (15), after the words "recognised institutions" the words "and to regulate the fees to be paid by the students in such colleges" shall be added.
