Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Haryana in the Sixty-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows :- 1. Short title :- This Act may be called the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas (Amendment) Act, 2014. 2. Amendment of Section 3 of Haryana Act 8 of 1975 :- I n Sub-section (4) of Section 3 of the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act, 1975, for the word "four", the word "five" shall be substituted.
