Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Haryana in the Sixtieth Year of the Republic of India as follows :-- 1. Short Title :- This Act may be called the Haryana Legislative Assembly Speakers and Deputy Speakers Salaries and Allowances (Amendment) Act, 2009. 2. Amendment Of Section 5 Of Haryana Act 3 Of 1975 :- In section 5 of the Haryana Legislative Assembly Speakers and Deputy Speakers Salaries and Allowances Act, 1975, for the words "a car", the words and sign "two cars", shall be substituted.
