Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Haryana in the Sixtieth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-- 1. Short Title :- This Act may be called the Haryana Private Universities (Third Amendment) Act, 2009. 2. Amendment Of Sechedule To Haryana Act 32 Of 2006 :- In the Schedule to the Haryana Private Universities Act, 2006, after serial number 1 and entries thereagainst, the following serial number and entries thereagainst shall be added, namely:-- "2 ITM University Gurgaon.".
