Amendment Of Rule 16-A Himachal Pradesh Entertainments Duty (Amendment) Rules, 2004 [31 July 2004] In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23 read with subsection (2) of section 3 of the Himachal Pradesh Entertainments Duty Act, 1968 (Act No. 12 of 1968), the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to make the following rules, further to amend the Himachal Pradesh Entertainments Duty Rules, 1969, notified vide Government notification number 14-46/68-E&T dated 25-3- 1969, published in Rajpatra Himachal Pradesh, dated 9-12-1969, namely:- 1. Short Title :- These rules may be called the Himachal Pradesh Entertainments Duty (Amendment) Rules, 2004. 2. Amendment Of Rule 16-A :- In rule 16-A of the Himachal Pradesh Entertainments Duty Rules, 1969,- (i) in sub-rule (1), for the existing figures and sign "1/4", the figures and sign "15/100" shall be substituted. (ii) in sub- rule (1), in explanation-I, for the existing figures "25" the figures "15" shall be substituted. By order, Sd/- Principal Secretary (E&T) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh.
