BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Himachal Pradesh in the Fifty-fifth Year of the Republic of India, as follows:- 1. Short Title :- This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Passengers and Goods Taxation (Amendment) Act, 2004. 2. Amendment Of Schadule Ii :- I n Schedule-II to the Himachal Pradesh Passengers and Goods Taxation Act, 1955, for the existing item No. 1, the following shall be substituted, namely: - "1. All types of yarn (excluding woolen yarn) Rs.3.00 per 10 Kg. or part thereof.".
