S.O. 7 (E) dated 7th January, 1978.-In exercise of the powers conferred by Sec. 3 of of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order, namely: 1. Short title, extent and commencement :- (1) This Order may be called the Imported Cement (Control) Order, 1978: (2) It extends to the whole of India. (3) It shall come into force with immediate effect.
