Short Title And Commencement :- ( 1 ) This Act may be called the Indian Penal Code (Orissa Amendment) Act, 1995. (2) It shall come into force at once. 2. Amendment To Section 354 :- I n the First Schedule to the said Code, in the entry in Column 5 relating to Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (45 of 1860) for the word "Bailable" the word "non-bailable" shall be substituted.
